SENIOR (2016-17)

Was an All-WCC Honorable Mention selection... started all 30 games for the Toreros... posted career-highs with 9.0 points per game and 3.0 rebounds per game... led the team and was fourth in the WCC with 4.4 assists per game... led the team in minutes per game (34.2)... led the team in three-points field goals (33) and three-point percentage (.340)... tied a career-high with 18 points at BYU (1/14/17)... had a career-high nine assists against LMU (1/19/17)... tied a career-high with five steals against Seattle (12/12/16) ... scored at least 10 points in 13 games, including five of the final six games... finishes her career 6th all-time in career assists.

JUNIOR (2015-16)

Played and started in all 33 games as the point guard for the Toreros... helped lead USD to the Sweet 16 of the WNIT... helped lead the team to its fifth consecutive 20-win season...averaged a career-best 7.0 ppg, while dishing out 4.2 assists-per-game, second best in the WCC...she recorded 137 assists, which places her fourth on the USD single-season record list...scored a season-high 16 points in a win against San Diego State (12/3/15)...scored 14 points in a win against BYU (12/23/15)...scored 13 points in a win against LMU (1/23/16)...scored 11 points in a win at Gonzaga (2/25/16)...scored 15 points in a win against Northwestern (3/17/16)...dished out eight assists against Fresno State (12/12/15), LMU (1/23/16), and at LMU (1/30/16)...recorded seven assists in a win against Cal State Fullerton (12/9/15), and against Pepperdine (1/28/16).

SOPHOMORE (2014-15)

Played in all 32 games with 23 starts at the point guard position... helped lead USD to its fourth consecutive 20-win season, and fourth consecutive WNIT appearance...averaged 5.7 ppg, while leading the team in assists with 83...scored in double figures in seven games with a career-high of 17 coming in a win against Portland (2/28/15)...scored 14 points in a win against Portland (12/27/14)...scored 11 points in a win against Santa Clara (1/3/15)...scored 10 points on three other occasions.

FRESHMAN (2013-14)

Played in 23 games with a pair of starts...scored a total of 50 points, including hitting 12 3-pointers...scored a career-high 12 points in a win against Loyola Marymount (2/19/14)...came on strong late, and earned a start in two of the three WNIT games USD played in, doing a great job taking care of the ball, only committing one turnover in 60 minutes of game time... helped lead USD to a program record 15-0 start, best start for any USD athletic team in the division I era...helped lead USD to its first ever national ranking at No. 24...helped lead USD to its third consecutive 20-win season, and helped team post second most wins in program history with 24...helped lead USD into the Sweet 16 of the WNIT.

HIGH SCHOOL

Prepped at Praire High School...in her senior year, she averaged 16.7 ppg...named the MVP of the 3A Greater St. Helens League...Columbians All-Regional Player of the Year...helped her team post a 10-0 League record, and a 21-4 overall record...as a junior, she averaged 1.8 ppg, while shooting 81% from the free throw line, and she recorded 145 assists...as a junior, she helped lead her team to the Greater St. Helens League Championship, the district championship and the tam was first in state with a 27-1 overall record...As a sophomore, she helped lead her team to the League, District, and Regional Championships, while the team recorded a 27-1 overall record...also lettered in soccer receiving honors of "Most Improved" and Defensive Second Team, All-League.

PERSONAL

Cori Jeanne Woodward was born on Feb. 22, 1995 in Vancouver, Wash....she is the daughter of Ron and Rhonda Woodward...was also recruited by UC Irvine, UC Santa Barbara, Portland State, Montana and Brown...chose to attend USD because of the beauty of the campus, and during her first visit, she saw an obvious sense of school pride from admissions to the alumni association, and lastly, the girls basketball team was everything she hoped to be apart of someday.
