HIGH SCHOOL: During the 2013-14 season, Vasa Pusica competed at Sunrise Christian Academy (Bel Aire, KS), one of the top high school programs in the country, for Coach Kyle Lindsted... The Sunrise Maroon Team finished with a 17-4 record and final ranking of 14th in the country in the USA Today Super 25 Poll... Pusica averaged 9.3 points and 5.0 rebounds and scored 22 points in a win over Brewster Academy in December... He is a member of the Serbian Junior National Team, which is one of the top European teams... His last year in Serbia, Vasa won the gold medal in the 2013 U-19 league with the Partizan Belgrade Youth Team where he was named to the All-Tournament Team NIJT Euroleague 2012-13... He played in 9 games during the U-18 European Championships where he averaged 7.9 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.7 assists... He nearly had a triple-double in an 88-56 win over Slovenia with 11 points, 9 rebounds and 9 assists... He scored 19 points in a 74-70 loss to Lithuania.
