Miles Alexander Sandum was born on July 2, 1997 in Youngstown, Ohio
He is the son of Troy and Marcy Sandum
Was also recruited by UCLA, UC Santa Barbara, Cal Poly and Navy
Chose to attend USD because he believes achieving a degree from USD can open more career doors when compared to other universities, and he also loves the San Diego area and the USD baseball program is second to none
