JUNIOR (2011): Earned 31 game starts with a .252 batting average (29-for-115)...hit one homerun and four doubles with 15 RBIs...had three stolen bases and 11 runs scored...made his first game start against Vanderbilt (2/20/2011) where he also recorded his first hit as a Torero...went 4-for-4 against UC Riverside with one run scored on March 1, 2011.
COLLEGE: Played two seasons at Fresno City College...as a sophomore he started in all 40 games and hit .360 with 58 hits, five home runs, 51 RBI, and 35 runs scored...as a freshman he hit .372 with 55 hits, eight home runs, 52 RBI, and 32 runs scored.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played baseball at Clovis West High School...as a senior he hit .400 with six home runs, and 35 RBI en route to an All-TRAL selection, an All-City selection and a All-Valley selection...played in section championship games during his sophomore and junior seasons...as a junior he hit .350 with five home runs, 10 doubles, and 20 RBI...as a sophomore he hit .444.
PERSONAL: Zachariah Sullivan was born on July 17, 1990 in Fresno, Calif....he is the son of John and Katherine Sullivan...his brother Matt plays football at Cal Poly...he chose to attend USD because of its great weather and great baseball program.
