• Had a season high five tackles twice—against Valparaiso (Oct. 19) and in the FCS first round playoff appearance at UNI (Nov. 30)

• Racked up 40 tackles (19 solo, 21 assisted) to average 3.33 tackles per game
• Led USD with 6.5 sacks (40 yards), 13.0 tackles for loss (64 yards), and three forced fumbles
• Tied for third-most QB hurries (4) and fifth-most assisted tackles (21) among USD players
• Season-high six tackles against Jacksonville (Oct. 27)

• WCAL Champions, CCS Champions, Northern California Champions, and State Runner-Ups 
• MVP linebacker of the West Catholic Athletic League

• Majoring in finance
• Enjoys water sports such as wake boarding and water skiing
• Has been to Tijuana to help build homes for those less fortunate
• Parents, Nikolina and Mike Bergstrom, helped him to choose USD for the location, football program, and academics
• Also, recruited by Harvard, Montana, Cornell, Penn State, Holy Cross and Columbia
