USD: Mark enters his fifth year at USD and fourth straight year of competition... Three-time USD Kevin Briscoe Special Team[apos]s Player of the Year (2004-2006)... Will again compete at running back and see action as a return specialist... Last year 16.7 yards on 7 kickoff returns, and also made some key tackles on special teams with 16 stops (8 solo)... Selected PFL All-Academic 2nd Team for Special Teams... In 2005 he averaged 20.7 yards on 9 kickoff returns... Chipped in with 14 tackles (8 solo) and 1 fumble recovery with special teams... In 2004 rushed 13 times for 51 yards and 1 TD (7 yards vs. Davidson)... Also chipped in with 11 kickoff returns for 211 yards (19.2 ave.)... Is a four-time PFL Honor Roll selection for his academic achievements... In 2003 sat out as red-shirt. High School: Mark collected over 1,700 all purpose yards during his senior year for Corona del Mar while earning Offensive MVP honors... Also earned Offensive MVP honors his junior year after rushing for 1,300 yards... Ranks second in school history in rushing... Also lettered in track where he was named MVP of Sprinters.
