San Diego Athletics

USD: Riley Reyes will start with USD as a strong safety. Being from San Diego, Reyes is excited to play for a beautiful school in his hometown with a great athletic program. He chose USD over offers from Marist, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and San Diego State.

High School: Granite Hills High School in La Mesa, California had Reyes on their varsity team for 3 years before he came to USD. At Granite Hills Reyes completed a total of 358 tackles and was named All-State twice, All-League 3 times, All-County once, and All-Section once. In addition to his successful football career, Reyes lettered in baseball for 3 years.

Personal: Using his political science degree, Reyes hopes to become a lawyer after graduating from USD. In his off time he enjoys snowboarding and wakeboarding.

Major: Political Science, minor in Business
