  • Named Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Freshman of the Year after leading the Tigers in scoring at 12.5 points per game, shooting at 47.2% (min. 100 att., 117-248) and ranking second in blocks
  • Started 21 of 28 games played, averaging 24.9 minutes in addition to 3.5 rebounds and 2 assists 
  • Tallied double figures in scoring 18 times, posting 20-plus points five times, highlighted by a season-best 26 vs. Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Feb. 4
  • Posted a 10-point, 10-rebound double-double at Alcorn State on Feb. 2
  • Dished out seven assists and scored 16 points in the second game of his career, on the road against Coach JR Blount’s Iowa State on Nov. 6
