REDSHIRT-SOPHOMORE (2024-25)

• Played in 12 games, starting twice, amassing 11 total points in 5.8 minutes per game
• First career start was at Santa Clara (Feb. 8) in which he kicked off USD's scoring with back-to-back made 3-pointers
• Had three rebounds, two on the offensive end, against LMU (Feb. 1)

SOPHOMORE (2023-24)

• Did not compete

FRESHMAN (2022-23)

• Played in 12 games for the Toreros
• Averaged 10.2 minutes and 2.2 points per game
• Notched career-highs 11 points, three 3-pointers made and 26 minutes played against St. Mary's (Feb. 16)
• Logged career-highs five rebounds and four assists in 11 minutes at Pacific (Feb. 11)

• Competed for The Phelps School and Rhode Island Elite
• Registered 16 points per game, including 100 3-pointers during his senior season 
• Scored 1,317 career high school points and shot a career 41% from long range

• Son of Melanie and Maresh Beniwal, has a younger sister, Diya
• Chose USD because of the coaches, the location and the opportunity to play in the WCC
• Studying business administration
• Is one of just four student-athletes of Indian descent playing NCAA DI MBB in 2025-26
