FRESHMAN (2025-26)

• Appeared in five regattas in his first collegiate season
• Made his collegiate debut in the No. 3 seat for the Collegiate Fours race during the Head of the Charles (Oct. 17-19)
• Recorded his first win in the USD’s A boat of the Open Eight Race as well as a second place finish in the Toreros’ second boat of the Frosh/Novice Race during the San Diego Fall Classic (Nov. 9)
• In the No. 6 seat of USD’s Novice 8+ boat that placed third at the San Diego Crew Classic (March 28-29)
• Notched another third place finish as the sixth seat in the 3V8+ boat during the San Diego City Championships (April 11)  
• Finished his freshman campaign with a runner-up finish in a heat before a third-place finish in the finals on the 3V8+ boat during the WIRA Championships (April 25-26) 

• Spent one year as his high school rowing team's captain

• Son of Lisa Owen, has a brother, Max, and sister, Sofia
• His favorite artist is Drake
• His favorite book is Endure by Alex Hutchinson
• Favorite food is cereal and claims to have once eaten nine s'mores in one sitting
