SOPHOMORE (2024-25)

• Competed in seven races for the Toreros, all as the coxswain
• Recorded back-to-back fourth-place finishes out of 17 schools in both of USD’s “B” boats in the Collegiate 8+ race during the Head of the American Regatta (October 26) and the Open 8+ race of the San Diego Fall Classic (November 10)
• Logged a runner-up finish in the grand finals of the 2V8+ race of the San Diego Crew Classic (March 29-30)
•  Placed first in the Saturday heat before a runner-up finish in the finals of the 2V8+ race during the WIRA Championships (April 26-27)
• Finished fourth in the 2V8+ race during the MPSF Championships (May 17-18)

• Coxed nine races across seven regattas
• Registered three wins and a runner-finish to highlight his freshman campaign 
• Recorded wins at the Freshman/Novice eight at the Head of American (Oct. 28) and the San Diego Fall Classic (Nov. 12) as well as in the Freshman/Novice four in the San Diego Fall Classic

• Attended Marquette High School in Chesterfield, Mo.
• Competed in club for Tim Franck at the St. Louis Rowing Club
• Placed second in the 2nd varsity eight at Midwest Championships, helping St. Louis Rowing to the 2023 Midwest Championship
• Led a boat to a second-place finish in the 1st varsity eight at Dogwood junior championships and third in u17 8+ at Head of the Hooch
• Was a National Honor Society member during his time at Marquette, a top-rated school, based on academics

• Born to Michelle Lee and Steve Lee in Newport Beach, Calif.
• Favorite rowing memory is winning the 2nd varsity eight and the Team Efficiency Trophy at WIRA Championships in 2023
• Favorite food is Korean BBQ
• Favorite band is Wallows
