Senior (2014): Appeared in 40 games, making 38 starts at catcher... Hit .226 with one home run and nine RBI... Posted perfect 1.000 fielding percentage and ends career tied for fifth with .985 career fielding percentage... Helped USD post WCC-best 2.27 team ERA... Tied for team lead with seven sacrifice bunts... Went 1-2 with a three run home run against Dartmouth (Mar. 19, 2014)... Had season-high three hits in last game of the season at Santa Clara (May 11, 2014).
Junior (2013): Named All-PCSC Honorable Mention... Hit .221 overall with two doubles, a home run and nine RBI... Started 34 of the 39 games she appeared in... Drove in a season-high three RBI with a three-run homer vs. Boise State on Feb. 24...

Previous College: Played two seasons at UC San Diego... Was named first-team All-CCAA as a sophomore after hitting .290 with a .986 fielding pct.... Named to the CCAA All-Tournament Team in 2012... Her team won the Div. II national championship her freshman year and was runner up her sophomore season... Hit .290 as a freshman and boasted a .990 fielding pct.
High School: Earned four varsity letters in softball at Great Oak High School... As a senior, named her team[apos]s Most Reflective Player... Won the Golden Glove Award as a junior and was a second-team All-American while hitting .301 on the year... Named her team[apos]s Most Passionate Player as a freshman and sophomore... Played with the Velocity club team... Also played JV basketball.
Personal: Born December 16, 1991 in San Diego, Calif.... Daughter of Roy Swanberg... Chose USD because of the beautiful campus and great academic reputation and saw how much fun the softball team had together... Was also recruited by Boston College and Cal Baptist... Enjoys scuba diving, kayaking, surfing, wave running and beach volleyball.
