She comes from a family of collegiate and professional athletes: her uncle, Andy Pecota, played basketball at Saint Mary[apos]s, her uncle, Bill Pecota, played baseball at De Anza Junior College and in the Major Leagues with the Kansas City Royals, New York Mets, and Atlanta Braves, and her step-sisters, Alyssa Chaulkin and Vanessa Chaulkin, played softball at Colgate University and De Anza JC, respectively...
