- One of two players to play all 33 games while making 13 startsĀ
- Averaged 2.9 points and 4.4 rebounds in 11 .9 minutes per game
- Tied for second in offensive rebounds and fourth in defensive rebounds and tied for fifth in assists (16)
- Recorded double-doubles in consecutive games with 12 points and 16 rebounds against Binghamton (December 3) and 14 points with 18 rebounds against Utah St. (December 7)Ā
- The 18 rebounds are tied for the sixth-most in a single game in program history
- Also logged 14 rebounds with seven points against New Mexico St. (November 24)
HIGH SCHOOL
- Played for Karen Weitz at Centennial High School for three seasons and one season at Skyline High School in Utah
- Named to the Las Vegas Sun's Super Seven teamĀ
- Was the second leading scorer during the 2023 5A Nevada State Championship gameĀ
- Helped lead her club team Mountain West Premier to the Nike Nationals ChampionshipĀ
- In her freshman year at Skyline High School she averaged 15 PPG and 12.4 rebounds per game as she was named Third-Team All-UtahĀ

- Parents are Natalie Williams and Noreen Defa
- Plans to study English and minor in communications at USD
- Ayla is a published writer and speaks French
- Mother, Natalie played volleyball and basketball at UCLA before beginning an illustrious career playing professional basketball. Two-time WNBA Champion and a 2000 Olympic Gold Medal winner who played nine years between the Indiana Fever and Utah Starzz. She was inducted into the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame in 2016Ā
- Grandfather, Nathaniel Williams played collegiate basketball at Utah State and would go on to play nine seasons in the NBA for the Kings, Jazz and WarriorsĀ
- Uncle, Kendall Youngblood also played college basketballĀ at Utah StateĀ
