SAN DIEGO, CA - Boise State shot 51% from the field while freshman guard and Temecula, California, native Jessica Anderson scored 19 points in leading the Broncos past San Diego 68-51 Sunday afternoon at USD's Jenny Craig Pavilion. San Diego (3-7) was just 4-of-27 from the field in the first half and trailed by as many as 22 in the second to lose its fourth straight. Senior guard Tiara Harris scored 12 and had four steals for the Toreros.

Boise State (6-3) enjoyed 19-point outings from both Anderson and reserve guard Nadia Begay, with the pair combining to make 15-of-26 shots from the field, including four three-pointers. The Broncos brought a significant number of supporters to San Diego to push Sunday's attendance above 600.

USD forward Michelle Augustavo had 12 points on 4-of-14 shooting- indicative of how things went for a San Diego team that made just one two-point field goal during the entire opening half.

San Diego rallied behind freshman guard Kelly Winther, who scored two of her 11 points on a jumper with 12:28 remaining to cut the Boise State lead to 12. USD would get no closer than 44-32, as the Broncos responded with a 13-4 run to pick up a convincing road victory.
