San Diego, CA - The USD women's tennis team had their hands full on Saturday at the USD West Tennis Courts while hosting the 17th-ranked Pepperdine Waves. The visitor's from Malibu dealt the Toreros a 6-1 defeat with senior Helene Lindstrand earning the Toreros lone point at No. 2 singles. Lindstrand defeated Bianca Dulgheru, 7-6, 7-5. The Waves swept all three doubles matches, and won in straight sets in the five other singles matches. USD falls to 1-4 on the season.
