SAN DIEGO, Calif. - The University of San Diego women's rowing team will participate in a pre-season scrimmage on Sunday morning at Mission Bay against Orange Coast College.

The Toreros have spent the last month preparing and training for the start of their season which will be in one week at the San Diego City Championship.

San Diego is back after a strong showing in the fall. Head Coach Kim Cupini is in her third year and coming off a successful 2009 campaign earning WCC Coach of the Year honors and WIRA Coach of the Year honors.

San Diego begins their campaign on Sunday, February 21 in the morning at Mission bay followed by their regular season start on Sunday, February 28 on Mission Bay for the City Championship.
