USD Rowing Programs Prepare for Fall Classic

Both teams will be competing in their final regatta before the start of 2026

SAN DIEGO – As the fall portion of the schedule comes to a close, the San Diego men's and women's rowing programs are set to compete this Sunday, November 9 at the 2025 Fall Classic on Mission Bay.

This Sunday's regatta will serve as the final tune up for both teams before they return to the water once the calendar flips to 2026. Both teams are coming off strong performances in their most recent regattas as the USD men and women both traveled back east to Boston to compete at the 2025 Head of the Charles Regatta.

USD's women will have seven boats racing this Sunday at the fall classic, while the Torero men will be fielding four boats in their four races at San Diego's home course.

USD's men will compete at 8:50 a.m. for the Novice 8+, the Open 4+ at 10:45 a.m. and will wrap up the morning with the Novice 4+ at 11:20 a.m.
