USD (11-8, 1-4 WCC) would continued to slowly chip away at the lead and eventually took the lead at 11-10 on a Woodrow 3-pointer with 14:15 to go in the half. The Toreros will return to action on Thursday as they host Portland in a 7 p.m. WCC game inside the Jenny Craig Pavilion.
