CLAREMONT, Calif. - After a win over LMU in the first round of the WCC Championships, the Toreros fell to No. 11 Pepperdine in the semifinals. San Diego was downed in a 4-0 shutout by the WCC No. 1 seed.

San Diego fell to the No. 1 seed in the WCC and nationally ranked Pepperdine on Friday. The loss in the semifinals drops the Toreros from the rest of championships.

The Toreros lost the doubles point and despite a hard fight, couldn't put any points on the scoreboard in singles play.

The women end their season 12-12 overall and 7-4 in conference.
