SAN DIEGO— San Diego will return home to face CSU San Bernardino on Monday evening at 5 p.m. PT.
 
The Toreros (5-3) will look to extend a three-game winning streak when they host the Coyotes (2-4) inside the Jenny Craig Pavilion. USD looks to continue its strong start to the season, after consecutive hard-fought wins over SDSU, Dartmouth and LBSU.

LAST TIME OUT
• Patricia Brossmann recorded a double-double in San Diego's 60-56 victory at Long Beach State on Thursday night.
 
• Brossmann led the team with 17 points and tied a career-high of 11 rebounds to help the Toreros control the lead for all but three minutes of the game.
 
• The Toreros got off to quick start holding an eight-point lead within the first nine minutes of the game; however, the 49ers rallied in the second quarter outscoring USD 12-10, to pull within two points heading into the second half.
 
• LBSU took their first lead on a three-point shot to start the third quarter, but two minutes later, USD regained the lead for the remainder of the game. Brossmann helped seal the victory, going 6-for-6 from the field in the second half.
 
• USD struggled from behind the arc going 2-for-10 from three-point land, but San Diego shot 45% from the field (25-for-55) with multiple Toreros hitting double-digits. Myah Pace, Sydney Hunter and Madison Pollock all reached double-digits scoring 13, 11, and 10 points respectively.
 
• Ultimately it was the Toreros defense that helped them win the game with nine steals, four blocks and 13 points off of turnovers.
 
• USD held advantages in total rebounds, 42-30, and offensive rebounds, 28-19, with 16 second-chance points compared to LBSU's six. Pollock chipped in with six rebounds and Hunter with five. Brossmann also recorded a season-high five steals.

• This is the first meeting between the Toreros and the Coyotes.
 
LEADING THE WAY
• Patricia Brossmann has established herself as a top performer for the Toreros this season. She leads the team in points (99), rebounds (55) and steals (17). Brossmann is currently averaging 12.4 points per game with a 58.9 field-goal percentage which ranks first in the WCC and 28th nationally (250 ranked). She also ranks top-10 in the conference for steals (5th), offensive rebounds (7th) and rebounding (7th).
 
• Myah Pace leads the team in assists (38), averaging 4.8 per game which ties for first in the conference. Pace is second in points (74), steals (11) and is tied for second on the team with 38 rebounds, averaging 4.8 per game.
 
• Sydney Shepard leads the Toreros from beyond the arc with a 33.3 three-point field-goal percentage, hitting 13-of-39. Shepard is second on the team with 30 assists this season, averaging 4.1 per game to rank 11th in the conference.

HOME SWEET HOME
• The Toreros are currently 4-1 on their home court inside the Jenny Craig Pavilion—their only loss coming against No. 18 Cal.
