SAN DIEGO—San Diego will complete its final road trip of the season, traveling to the Bay Area to take on San Francisco and Santa Clara this weekend.

The Toreros (18-5, 11-1 WCC) will face the Dons (6-16, 2-9 WCC) on Thursday at 7 p.m. PT before taking on the Broncos (8-12, 6-5 WCC) on Saturday at 1 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
• The Toreros went 2-0 in week ten, defeating Pacific (25-18, 25-17, 25-16) and Saint Mary's (25-16, 24-26, 25-19, 25-19).

Megan Jacobsen,
Grace Frohling and
Katie Lukes led the attack for USD, collecting 20 kills each (2.86 per set). Frohling had a standout week for the Toreros, hitting .351 and adding five blocks. The freshman opposite tallied 11 aces, setting a new season high with six aces against SMC to finish the week with a team-high 33.5 points.

• Jacobsen topped the group with a .429 hitting percentage and added three blocks for a total of 21.5 points, while Lukes hit at a .326 clip.

Anna Newsome averaged 11.14 assists per set and directed San Diego to a .311 team hitting percentage. The senior was second on the team with 15 digs and added four blocks (1 solo) and two aces.

• USD was led in the back court by
Annie Benbow who registered 23 digs (3.29 per set) and paced the Toreros in both matches.

Lauren Turner once again led the defensive efforts at the net, collecting 15 total blocks on the week (2.14 per set), including four solo stops. Turner registered seven blocks against the Tigers and followed that by tying her season high with eight blocks against the Gaels.

ALL-TIME SERIES AGAINST SAN FRANCISCO
• The Toreros hold a 54-18 record in the all-time series with the Dons. USD took the match earlier this season in straight sets, 25-18, 25-15, 25-18. San Diego collected a season-high 17 blocks, with Jacobsen and Newsome tallying eight and six blocks respectively.

ALL-TIME SERIES AGAINST SANTA CLARA
• San Diego leads the all-time series over the Broncos 40-32, sweeping the contest earlier this season 25-23, 25-22, 25-18. Jacobsen and Fayad collected 10 kills each and USD held SCU to a .094 hitting percentage behind six blocks from Turner.

• San Diego continues to receive votes in the AVCA Division I Coaches' Poll sitting just outside the top-25 with 67 adjusted points. San Diego's highest ranking this season was 21st in the preseason poll.

• The Toreros sit at No. 33 in the NCAA RPI rankings, having faced two opponents in the top-10 and six opponents in the top-30.
