SCOUTING THE GOLDEN BEARS
Cal fell to UCSD 80-67 in season opener before dropping a 55-52 contest to UNLV on Saturday. Graduate guard Jordan Shepherd leads the team with 18.0 points per game. Senior forward Andre Kelly is averaging 12.5 PPG and 10.0 RPG.
ALL-TIME SERIES
The Golden Bears have a slight 2-1 advantage in the all-time series. The teams last met during the 2006-07 season, when USD earned a 72-67 win.
