Marcellus Earlington led the Toreros with 23 points, shooting 8-of-16 from the floor. Earlington added six rebounds and two steals. Freshman
Wayne McKinney III totaled 16 points, a career-high six assists, and five rebounds. Junior
Yavuz Gultekin added nine points and three rebounds in the win, including a perfect 4-of-4 from the free throw line.
SCOUTING THE BRONCOS
Santa Clara started the season 5-0, including wins over Stanford, Nevada, and TCU. The Broncos defeated Pacific in the WCC opener before dropping the last two to Gonzaga and Saint Mary's. Junior G Jalen Williams leads the team and the WCC with 18.8 points per game. Senior F Keshawn Justice is adding 14.7 PPG and 7.7 RPG, while senior F Josip Vrankic scores 13.4.

The Broncos hold a 51-39 lead in the all-time series, but the Toreros won the most recent matchup in February 2021 at Santa Clara.
