PALM SPRINGS — The Toreros concluded the Mary Nutter Classic with a tough contest against Baylor which resulted in a 4-10 loss. 

USD 4 | BAYLOR 10

• Courtney Rose started in the circle for the Toreros. 
• In the bottom of third, Courtney Rose records her first strikeout of the game. 
• Arisa Tovar singled up the middle to kick of San Diego's offense in the top of the fifth. 
• Alexia Torculas doubled to right center and drove in one RBI. Arisa Tovar made it home to make the score 1-9 in the top of the fifth. 
• Noelle Hee brought in two RBIs with her single to left center. Clareese Santiago and Arisa Tovar scored, 3-9. 
• Madison Earnshaw replaced Rose in the circle in the bottom of the fifth. 
• In the top of the sixth, Joecellia Roberts scored on a passed ball to make the score 4-10.
• In the bottom of the sixth, Madison Earnshaw struck out two batters in a row to close out the game.
