Toreros Excel in Road Win Over Chapman

ORANGE, Calif. — Getting back on track in a big way, the San Diego women's swimming and diving team put together a tremendous team effort as they bested Chapman by a 169-74 final in Saturday morning's duel meet.

Leading the way for San Diego in Orange County was the dynamic duo of Jane Riehs and Milan Bever, who each accumulated 554.5 total points against the Panthers in route to USD's first win of the 2024-25 season. Riehs had a standout afternoon as she posted new event records in both the one meter and three meter dive at Chapman.

The Toreros exceled in every event that they competed in during Saturday's meet to complete the 2024 slate of their schedule as the team looks forward to winter break. San Diego will be back in action early in the New Year for the Lancer Diver Invite hosted by CBU the weekend of January 9-11.
