LA QUINTA, Calif. — San Diego golf on Wednesday afternoon finished 12th of 24 teams in The Prestige at PGA West - Norman Course. The Toreros recorded rounds of 285, 281, and 281 for a total of 847 strokes that were 5 under par.

USD was led by freshman Ryan Abuan, who finished tied for seventh with a 7-under 206 (70, 71, 65). 

Senior Andi Xu was next at T-30, carding rounds of 70, 68, and 73 for a two-under 211.

Senior Kelvin Si finished tied for 53rd (+2, 73, 71, 71, 215), followed by Junior Carson Enright at T-79 (+6, 76, 71, 72, 219) and graduate student Craige Ronne at T-79 (+6, 72, 74, 73, 219). 

The Toreros are back in action on Monday, March 4, when they begin play in The Lamkin Invitational at the San Diego Country Club in Chula Vista, California.
