- Led USD with a career-best 426 digs alongside 99 assists, 24 service aces, and one kill across all 33 of her team's matches

- Set forth a season-high 21 digs in San Diego's season-opening win over No. 6 Pitt on August 26
- Earned her first-ever WCC Defensive Player of the Week honor on October 24 after leading USD with 14 digs in the Toreros' sweep of rival No. 17 BYU

HIGH SCHOOL
- Led her team to three consecutive Texas 6A State Championships (2015-2017)
- Team Captain during junior and senior season
- In her senior season, named PrepVolleyball Defensive Dandies First Team, TGCA All-State, AVCA Under Armour All-American, Honorable Mention and was a PrepVolleyball Nominee for National Junior Player of the Year
- In her junior season, she was named a USA Today First Team All-American, the PrepVolleyball All-American Watchlist, and was an Honorable Mention for Volleyball Magazine, All-American
- In her sophomore season, she was named Dallas Morning News Newcomer of the Year, Lonestarvolleyball’s Newcomer of the Year for the state of Texas, and a Prepvolleyball’s “Soph 79”
CLUB
- Contributed to third-place finish in the Tour of Texas for the Drive Nation 18 Red Team
- Voted “Best Defensive Player” on Skyline 17 Royal Team, which finished second in the Open Division at the Pacific Northwest Qualifier
- Named “Dream Team Libero” by PrepVolleyball after Big South Qualifier (2015)
PERSONAL
- Born October 14, 1999 to Wink and Melanie Benbow in Frisco, Texas
- Her older sister McKenna and twin sister Blair also play volleyball
- Won the state championship with both of her sisters on Hebron High School’s Volleyball Team in 2015. Won two more state titles with her twin sister Blair in 2016 and 2017
- Named Academic All-District team (2015) and Academic District 5-6A Team (2016 and 2017)
- Volunteered in a program called “The Big Event” all four years of High School, which helps the elderly in her community
- Plans to pursue a career as a psychologist
- Enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs
- Loves to shop and watch Netflix
- Her dad, Wink Benbow, and uncle, Mark Benbow, played football at Texas A&M
