- Jayden Letishia Duquesne Kennedy was born on November 25, 1996 in Oshawa, Ontatio, Canada
- She is the daughter of Michelle Theophille Kennedy
- Was also recruited by New Mexico, Illinois-Chicago, Missouri, Southern Illinois and Wichita
- Chose to attend USD because of the exceptional volleyball coaching staff, the beautiful campus, high-ranking volleyball program, and because of the great academic reputation of the university
