FRESHMAN (2015)
- Played in 72 sets as a true freshman
- Helped lead USD to the second round of the NCAA Tournament
- Was named to the All-WCC Freshman team
- Recorded 77 kills, while hitting for a .239 clip
- Was a huge presence at the net, recording 82 blocks, second most on the team
- Recorded a career-high 8.0 blocks in a win against Northern Arizona in the first round of the NCAA Tournament (12/3/15)
- Recorded 7.0 blocks in a win against Santa Clara (9/24/15) and in a win against Saint Mary's (11/7/15)
- Recorded a career-high eight kills in a win against Pepperdine (10/24/15)
HIGH SCHOOL
- Prepped at Puyallup High School
- Recorded 206 kills, had 139 digs and 37 blocks as a senior
- Named first-team All-South Puget Sound League and second-team All-Area
- Second-team All-Puget Sound League in her junior and sophomore seasons

- Born on December 12, 1996 in Puyallup, WA to Russ and Mary Ellen Picha
- Was also recruited by Portland State, Gonzaga, Idaho, UC Santa Barbara and San Francisco
- Chose to attend USD because of the great academic reputation, volleyball program and she loves the sun and warm weather
- Family owns a berry farm and pumpkin patch
- Lettered in tennis and basketball in high school
- Her mother played JV basketball at Washington State, and her dad was on the WSU crew team
