Biography
Junior in 2002: Returned from injury to play in six matches at the end of the season, including appearing in USD[apos]s NCAA Tournament First Round match with USC... Killed four in five attacks at St. Mary[apos]s (11-9-02) in her second game back... Added three kills at Portland (11-16-02).
2001: Sat out the entire season with an injury.
Sophomore in 2000: Appeared in 24 matches and played in 66 games as a sophomore... Had a season and career high 20 kills vs. Southeast Missouri (9-22)... Totaled 10 blocks at Fresno St. (9-21)... Recorded 72 blocks on the season and 174 kills.
Freshman in 1999: Named USD[apos]s Most Improved player in 1999. Competed in 29 games and 84 matches for USD... Posted a .255 hitting percentage, including 189 kills. Second for the Toreros in total blocks with 82... Recorded career-high 14 kills and 10 blocks versus Santa Clara (10-16).
Prep/Club: Scholar Athlete at Los Alamitos where she was a two-time member of the All-Sunset League first team... After senior season with the Griffens, competed in the Orange County All-Star Game... Asics Nova club team placed second at the Austin qualifiers and fifth at Nationals.
