San Diego and Northern Arizona competed in an all-relay swim meet dubbed the Pine Cone Invitational Saturday afternoon on the NAU campus. One week removed from visiting San Diego and USD's Sports Center Pool, NAU was able to take three of five relay events to win the low-key affair in Flagstaff. NAU posted wins in the 200-yard medley relay (1 minute, 50.88 seconds), the 500-yard crescendo freestyle relay (4:46.20) and the 300-yard backstroke relay (3:02.48).
