LAST TIME OUT
• San Diego dominated SDSU in the City Championship with a 70-47 victory.

• The Toreros never trailed in the contest and were helped by a solid defensive outing on the road. The defense forced 20 Aztec turnovers, turning the takeaways into 15 points on the offensive end of the floor.

• San Diego's offense was led by Madison Pollock who recorded 19 points and seven rebounds in the contest. Myah Pace and Sydney Hunter also reached double figures taking on 12 and 14 points respectively.

• Four Toreros contributed at least five rebounds on the night as USD out-rebounded SDSU 44-22 in the contest. 20 offensive boards racked up 16 second chance points for the Toreros.

• San Diego built a 31-27 edge going into the half and never looked back. The offense built a 7-0 run with five minutes remaining in the third to enter the fourth quarter with an 11-point advantage.

• The fourth quarter opened up with a 15-0 run, finished off by a jumper from Hunter, to grow the lead to 41-30. San Diego took advantage of opportunities in the post, scoring 12 of its 23 points in the paint.

SECOND CHANCE OPPORTUNITIES
• The Toreros have crashed the offensive glass well so far in the 2019-20 season, collecting 139 offensive boards on the year.

• Senior Patricia Brossmann leads the rebounding efforts for San Diego, racking up 33 offensive boards and averaging 7.1 rebounds per game. Her offensive boards rank her second overall in the WCC.

• San Diego is 4-2 on the year when out-rebounding opponents.

• The 44 boards against San Diego State were the most by the Toreros against a Division I opponent this season. San Diego recorded 48 in the victory against Biola back in November.

• The Toreros lead the West Coast Conference in offensive rebounds averaging 15.4 per game. San Diego also ranks first in the WCC in offensive rebound percentage at .396 so far this season.

• The offensive boards have created multiple second chance opportunities as the Toreros have recorded double figures in second chance points in almost every contest this season.

ALL-TIME SERIES AGAINST WASHINGTON
• The Huskies hold advantage in the all-time series at 2-1. This marks the first meeting between the two teams since the 2013-14 WNIT and the first inside the JCP.

• San Diego's sole win over Washington came on the road in the postseason back in 2011.

POLLOCK AND PACE
• Guards Pollock and Pace have been leading the way for the Toreros with 11.3 and 11.2 points per game.

• Pollock leads USD in four offensive categories: points per game, three-point percentage, total points, and field goal percentage. She is the only Torero to record consecutive double-doubles this season and is one of only two players with a double-double effort.

• Pace has been key on both ends of the floor for San Diego. The Oakland, Calif. native has been leading the charge on defense racking up 34 steals and is averaging 3.7 per game.

• She continues to lead the WCC in steals and is only 6 away from tying Brossmann's team leading mark of 40 during the 2018-19 season. Maya Hood stands as the all-time leader for steals in a single season with 84 in 2015-16.

• Pace also leads San Diego in assists this season, tallying 36 on the year. The guard has seen the most action out of any Torero averaging 33.6 minutes per game.

THE DEFENSE
• San Diego has held seven opponents to score in the 60's or less and has forced 185 opponent turnovers.

• The Toreros are currently tied for first in rebounding defense with Gonzaga averaging 30.7 per game.

LOOKING AHEAD
• The Toreros will have a six-day break after the matchup against the Huskies for their final nonconference game versus CSUN.

• West Coast Conference play will open up on the road against Pepperdine on December 28.
