SAN DIEGO – San Diego wraps up a four-game homestand Wednesday against San Diego State before beginning a stretch of six straight road games beginning this weekend at Loyola Marymount.

The Toreros (18-18, 3-0 WCC) play host to the Aztecs (17-20) on Wednesday at 6 p.m. PT. USD then heads to the Lions (24-16, 1-2 WCC) for a three-game series beginning Saturday at noon.

USD defeated SDSU in last year's matchup at San Diego State, 4-2.
Hannah Boos held the Aztecs to two runs on six hits and no walks with six strikeouts. She held a no-hitter through the first 3 1/3 innings.

The Toreros swept Pacific in three games this past weekend to open WCC play.
Sara Silveyra had a monster weekend offensively to lead the Toreros to a three-game series sweep against Pacific as WCC play began.

Silveyra hit .700 (7-for-10) with a grand slam, three doubles, six RBIs, six runs and a walk. She registered a 1.300 slugging percentage and a .727 on-base percentage. She earned WCC Player of the Week honors for her standout performance.

The Toreros are led offensively by Silveyra who is hitting .390 on the year with 27 RBIs, 25 runs and 13 doubles and 15 walks.

Taylor Spence is third on the team with a .349 batting average. She has 220 career hits and needs 13 hits to break the school record, held by Shaunna Collo (1997-2000). Spence currently ranks third all-time.

Madison Earnshaw and
Delaney Heller have split a majority of the innings for the Toreros in the circle. Earnshaw holds a 5-8 record and a team-high 72 strikeouts. Heller is 10-7 and has permitted just 21 walks in 84.1 innings.

LMU went 1-2 last weekend against BYU. The Lions won the series opener, 2-0, but dropped the next two games, 4-2 and 5-1, respectively.
