SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - San Diego swimming and diving competed in the fourth and final day of the MPSF Championships in San Luis Obispo, Calif. The Toreros scored 38 additional points on the day and finished in seventh place with 159 points.

Junior Hannah Hudson (53.20) and freshman Jayne Brandt (53.38) both competed in the 100-yard freestyle and just missed out on scoring points for the Toreros.

The Toreros picked up seven points in the 200-yard breaststroke. Sophomore Elena Elie put up four points with a time of 2:25.94, with freshman Hannah Hintermeister (2:26.74) and sophomore Gracie Marshall (2:26.78) also picking up points. 

Senior Maeve Murdoch (2:10.47) and freshman Elsie Harrison (2:10.74) narrowly missed points in the 200-yard butterfly.

The team of sophomore Parker Henry, freshman Jayne Brandt, Hudson and senior Taylor Doherty finished sixth and collected 24 points in the 400-yard freestyle relay with a time of 3:34.61.
