LONG BEACH — San Diego swimming and diving were back in action on Saturday afternoon as they sent a group of student-athletes to compete at the MPSF Open Swim meet.

The Toreros sent a total of five athletes to race in the women's 5K open water event as Skylar Brunner led the way for USD with a team-best 17th place finish.
