Toreros Set to Take on Dons at War Memorial Gym

SAN FRANCISCO — San Diego women's basketball is back on the road this week, traveling north to the Bay Area for a West Coast Conference matchup against San Francisco.

The Toreros (7-13, 1-6 WCC) will take on the Dons (11-7, 4-3 WCC) on Thursday night in a 6:00 p.m. clash at War Memorial Gym.

George Devine (play-by-play) and Sophia Jones (analyst) will have the call on ESPN+, and live statistics will be available on StatBroadcast.

ALL-TIME SERIES AGAINST SAN FRANCISCO
• The Toreros are 43-35 against the Dons all-time, but dropped the most recent matchup between the two teams, a narrow 59-54 San Francisco win earlier this season on January 2, 2026 at the Jenny Craig Pavilion.

• USD has lost four consecutive games to USF and last defeated the Dons on February 3, 2024 in a 77-66 San Diego triumph at the JCP.

• San Diego last played at San Francisco on March 1, 2025, when it fell to the Dons by a 60-35 margin.

• The Toreros last won at War Memorial Gym on February 20, 2020, when it prevailed in a 61-58 thriller.

• Leads USD with 38 steals and 1.90 steals per game in 2025-2026, which ranks fifth among all WCC players and are the most of any freshman in the conference.

• Is pacing the San Diego defense with 15 blocks so far this season, which ranks 13th in the WCC.
