Torero Beach Volleyball Goes International

USD beach volleyball is taking its game to the world stage. Four Toreros — Sam Herman, Maddy White, Lauren Watson, and Nikki Egan — are in Lima, Peru, representing the University of San Diego and Team USA at the 2026 FISU America Games, the premier competition for university athletes across the Americas, running July 20 through August 1. Competing as two pairs — Herman/White and Watson/Egan — USD faces the best collegiate talent from more than 20 nations on an international stage, with a shot at continental glory.
